Pierce and Co Management offers a local and individualized approach. We want to remain a small and local company because we feel that "keeping it local" offers an opportunity to serve our clients on a more intimate and personal level.

We truly value and appreciate the areas we service and it brings us so much joy to see others enjoy these areas as much as we do. Where most larger companies lose the personal aspect, we can assure you that we too can provide professional and amazing services without you and your home becoming "just another number" lost in a sea of thousands of other homes we may manage.

 

Listing / Renting

We will take care of managing your home's listing on websites such as VRBO and Airbnb, ensuring copyright, pictures and pricing are always accurate and up-to-date.

Reservation Management

We use a calendar management system to ensure all check-ins / check-outs, turnover / cleaning go smoothly.

Vendor Management

From the cleaning team, landscapers, electricians to plumbers, we handle the maintenance of the home throughout each guest's stay and in between each rental.

Customer Service

Questions, concerns, praises? We act as the first point of contact for all guests.

Social Media / Marketing Management

We provide expert marketing and social media management, ensuring your home reaches the eyes of future potential guests both locally and nationally.

  • Congrats! Being able to handle the operations of a vacation rental is no easy feat when done right. No matter how many homes you own, Pierce and Co. Management is here to offer support in any way that we can, which is why we offer different levels of our property management services. If you’ve been able to manage your rental on your own but want to take it to the next level (think: experiences, updated décor, better social media presence, higher occupancy and income), then we’re here to help! And quite frankly, sometimes the only reason you need is because you’d like a break to enjoy your home as a vacation. You want your time back, which is also where we step in!

  • We can work with you on your timeframe. Do you have pain months that you’d like assistance in increasing occupancy? Or will you be on vacation for certain portions of the summer and need someone to fill in while away? While we require full month commitments from our clients, we are more than happy to discuss your specific needs further on a consultation call!

  • We service the summer colony areas of Newport, Cape Cod. Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. While we’re headquartered in Massachusetts, we are no more than 2 hours away from any of the areas we service and can be on site in a timely manner. The key is to keep communication open with guests and have trusted vendors close by in case of any immediate emergencies.

  • We have hours of operations but as it’s necessary in this business, someone will always be available via phone or email after hours.   • While we do not have employed vendors on our team, we work with trusted vendors in your area who come with high recommendations and referrals. If you have a trusted vendor that you already work with, perfect! We’re happy to communicate with them and ensure we work together to keep your property looking amazing and running smoothly.

  • Of course! If you own a single-family, duplex or three-family home that needs managing, we are here to help. At this time, we do not manage anything larger than a three-family home.
