Pierce & Co Management was started in 2021 by Janelle Edlow, a luxury apartment property manager and realtor with more than 5 years of experience.
While working in property management and simultaneously renting her own vacation rental home in Newport, RI, Janelle realized the stresses that arose, even with years’ worth of professional experience.
